Vendor Applications & Policies

Any individual or organization interested in selling items on SBIA premises must receive prior approval and comply with the guidelines below. SBIA reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke selling privileges at its sole discretion.

Eligibility & criteria

Align with Islamic values

Items and activities must align with Islamic values and be appropriate for the SBIA community.

Recognized & credible

The individual or organization must be recognized, credible, and responsible.

Safe & legal

Items must be safe, legal, and non-offensive.

Respect the space

Selling activities must not negatively impact the appearance of SBIA or disrupt prayers, events, or community gatherings.

SBIA reserves the right to deny the sale of any items that do not meet these standards.

Rules & restrictions

Unauthorized selling

Individuals found selling without prior approval will be informed that selling is not permitted. The final decision on whether the activity may continue will be made by SBIA staff.

Prohibited sales

The sale of food or edible items is strictly prohibited, including (but not limited to) bake sales.

Liability disclaimer

SBIA is not responsible or liable for any harm, injury, loss, or damages resulting from items sold on its premises. All sellers assume full responsibility for their products and transactions.

Compliance & enforcement

Failure to comply with this policy may result in immediate termination of selling activities and potential denial of future requests.
