Every year, we host an Interfaith Iftar for our friends of other faiths. Accordingly, this is not for our community to attend by themselves, but rather for us to bring along neighbors, colleagues, friends, or acquaintances from the Christian, Jewish, Hindu, Buddhist, and other traditions.
If you know of such individuals who you believe would be interested in attending a program featuring SBIA representatives, local public officials, and dozens of guests of other faiths, please join us Sunday, May 19. We will provide an overview of Islam, explain what Ramadan is, and offer guests an opportunity to ask any questions they have about Muslims.
