3 Vacancies: SBIA Board of Directors

SBIA will have three vacancies on the Board of Directors for SBIA at the end of 2018 when the terms of Br. Raheel Merchant, Br. Asif Ansari, and Br. Isfandyar Qazi ends. In addition, there will be one vacancy on the Board of Trustees at the end of 2018 when the term of Dr. Muhammad Saleem ends. A candidate must be nominated and seconded by current SBIA members using this form. Each community member can nominate up to 3 individuals. This form may be photocopied as needed. Nominees for the board must fulfill the following conditions: Be a Muslim Must be 19 years of age or older by January 1, 2019 Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident of Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, San Mateo, or Alameda Counties, CA, USA. Has been an eligible voting member of SBIA for past 3 years and donated $850 per year between July 1st 2015 to June 30th 2017 and $900 between July 1st 2017 & June 30th 2018 to Operating Funds or New Masjid.
