Suffa STEM Program

STEM are considered the most critical academic disciplines for success in the 21st century workforce. The Suffa STEM Club focuses on diverse science topics and computer science foundation concepts.

Be Introduced to:

 

Suffa's STEM program is designed to help students foster logical, analytical and  critical thinking skills. They will learn to analyze difficult problems with a systemic approach of the scientific method. Students will learn from a vast array of  techniques with hands on learning,  physical hardware tools, and software application based learning methods. 

The instructor, Br. Khalid Khan, is an Engineer in the EDA industry. He is passionate about education and the need for our community children to lead the next generation of Silicon Valley innovators.

Br. Khalid also teaches at Suffa's Weekend Islamic Program. He has been a volunteer tutor with well-recognized local non-profit organizations such as JustREAD, RAFT, and Silicon Valley Education Foundation.
