Arabic 101 with Ustadh Murabit Benavidez

Introduce to the Arabic of the Quran, covering basic Nahw and Sarf (grammar & morphology).  In this first of four 100-level series, the instructor will thoroughly teach the basic structure of nominal sentences and verbal sentences, as well as prepositions and the active and passive voice of verbs.

Prerequisites: Must be able to read and write basic Arabic and a minimum of 15 years old. 

Starting Monday, October 24, 7:30pm – 9:00pm at SBIA Downtown (325 N. 3rd st, San Jose, CA)

Starting Wednesday, October 26, 7:30pm – 9:00pm at MCA (3003 Scott Blvd, Santa Clara, CA)

Fee: $75 / month

sbia The South Bay Islamic Association (SBIA) is one of the oldest Islamic Organizations in The Bay Area. Its headquarters are located in San Jose, CA. SBIA has been providing various services to the community since 1977 including the five daily prayers at two locations (San Jose Downtown, and Harris Way) and Friday prayers at both locations.
