SBIA General Body Meeting

InshaAllah, the SBIA Annual General Body Meeting will be held on Sunday, December 13, 2015.
Venue: 2345 Harris Way, San Jose
Time: 11 am – Dhuhr

2. President's Welcome
3. Annual Report
4. Amendments to the Bylaws 
5. Dua and adjournment
 
All are welcome to attend. However, only SBIA members who have paid dues as of June 30, 2015 (who were eligible to vote in elections) can vote on amendment motions at the GBM. The Treasurer will have a record of members with recorded donations for the period from July 1, 2014-June 30, 2015 available at the meeting to check eligibility.

sbia The South Bay Islamic Association (SBIA) is one of the oldest Islamic Organizations in The Bay Area. Its headquarters are located in San Jose, CA. SBIA has been providing various services to the community since 1977 including the five daily prayers at two locations (San Jose Downtown, and Harris Way) and Friday prayers at both locations. SBIA has been active in spreading Islam through various Dawah programs and by hosting a number of activities including Weekend Islamic School, Quranic classes for children, Tafseer (English translation and Exegesis) classes for adults, conferences and community get-togethers.
